This gem was a great find! We were seated as soon as we arrived. Our server made no errors & offered good recommendations. The food was fresh, seasoned, & promptly presented. Our server was so nice & make sure we felt welcomed. The bar selection was definitely up to par & everyone was such a treat! Other than the restroom being so far of a hike, I found my spot.
Great Lunch Spot - Friendly Staff I stopped by Sunrise Grill on an especially busy day for lunch. Despite being short-staffed that day, however, the restaurant team did an amazing job serving me and getting my order taken and prepared in impressive time. Everyone was so friendly and considerate, and the place was packed. It’s a very popular spot and a great choice if you’re looking for lunch while shopping around the island. The Grilled Cheese with a Twist was delicious!
Our service was stellar! The food was fresh, hot & super quick! My hubby had his hamburger, the wrap was more than I could eat so I took it with ! The bike trails in the area are fantastic so we were hungry!
Georgia Shrimp were fantastic and hubby said his steak was delicious!! When we visit Jekyll island again this will be one of our stops!!
The place is by the convention center—quite convenient. We ordered the fried shrimp platter and blackened sea scallops platter, and both were great. Apparently the bathroom is outside of the restaurant though, which was kind of odd.
We had a great dinner at the Sunrise Grille. We enjoyed everything we ate. We had blacked Georgia shrimp, blackened Fish of the Day, onion rings, and more! The fish with the vegetable sides my favorite.
Loved it! If you know Gilmore girls it’s kinda like Luke’s diner :) The atmosphere is amazing, hospitality top notch! Food is amazing! Would def recommend
Great little place for a quick meal. 3 adults and 2 children. High chair available for 2 yr old. Kids menu offered was perfect for our two. Adult menu had a variety of options. I tried the crab meat patty burger and it was delicious. Others had the chicken cheese steak and Philly cheese steak sandwiches and both enjoyed. Service was spot on. Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Establishment was clean and kid friendly. No restrooms in cafe. For these you have to exit and go around the corner to the public restrooms. Overall, I would return on my next trip to eat again.
